The city is called Santa Catarina's capital of shoes.                  My city has   good weather, sunny days are too hot, so you can go to the Fernandes’ waterfall and take a delicious shower or you can cycle by the streets.   In the winter, you can stay home and get warm in our wood burning stove. A Day in Jaraguá do Sul, state of Santa Catarina, Brazil   There are many things you can see and do, come on! First, you need to know Madalena Restaurant, it is the most famous and delicious one in the city! There are Confraria do Churrasco and Típico General K ü ster restaurants, too. After, you can visit a museum, there are many good ones here. There are the WEG Museum, Peace Museum, Emilio da Silva Museum and Expedicionário Museum. If you like sports, there is Arena Jaraguá, where sport competitions happen. Another cool place is Malwee Park which, is a beautiful and large park for you to visit. Apiúna is a little town located in Valley of Itajaí, state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. It is a pleasant city and people here are very gentle. Apiúna is a calm city with a little more than ten thousand inhabitants and it is a great place to live. There are some good restaurants and hotels here. There are no malls, but there are so many stores. Apiúna is known by the “Dom Bosco Hill”, a place where people can walk through to have a beautiful view of the city, and there are a lot of waterfalls to visit, too. You can go rafting in the Itajaí-Açú River if you like the rush of an extreme sport. For families, there are tours by the traditional steam locomotive, known in Brazil as Maria Fumaça . Blumenau is a beautiful city located in Valley of Itajaí, state of Santa Catarina, south of Brazil. It is a region where there are German traces, that influence architecture and gastronomy.  In Blumenau there are museums, malls, parks, good restaurants, night clubs and beautiful places. My favorite place is Vila Germânica Park, where there are delicious draft beers and stuffed potatoes. In Vila Germânica Park we celebrate Oktoberfest! Tourists from all over the world come to Blumenau. There is a train in front of the city hall where people like to take pictures!   If you don’t like German food, I would like to recommend Aikau Poke (Hawaiian food)  located on Curt Hering Street downtown. Hello, my name is Tatyane Gubetti, I’m 21 years old.  I am a Letras student at college and I’m learning English, so I wanna make new friends who are also learning English. I live in Blumenau, Brazil, with my mother and my pets, I have three cats.  My father lives in Blumenau, too, but he doesn’t live with me. I sometimes visit him. I have a brother and a sister but they don’t live with me.  I wake up at about 5:30 am and I leave home at 6:10 am to go to work. At 5:50 pm I go to college. This is my week routine. On weekends I occasionally go to the café or parks with my friends and I never go to parties because I don’t like much. On Sunday mornings I go to church. I love reading many books and fanfictions in my free time. I love the South Korean Pop Culture and music, my favorite boy group is BTS. My favorite color is pink but I like black and blue, too. My biggest dream is travel the world and be able to communicate with many people. ☺

Hi, my name is Linara Mafessolli Xavier and I am seventeen years old. I am Brazilian and I live in São João Batista, Santa Catarina with my parents. I don’t work in this moment because I go to college at 4: 25 p.m and I return for my home at around 11:40 p.m. I study Letras- English and Portuguese in Furb, Blumenau. I love teaching so much and I want to be a teacher. On weekends I study and in my free time I go to my grandmother’s house, or I visit my friends, watch tv shows and eat fast food.
